All bookings begin with an inquiry and require an agreed quote and confirmation. No online payment or automatic reservation is made here.
Before you book
A 50% booking deposit is generally required for one-time event projects, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance and payment deadlines will be specified in the accepted quote.
Standard edited-video delivery is generally estimated at 5–7 business days, depending on the scope, volume of content, and project schedule. Larger projects may require additional time.
One revision round is included for edited deliverables unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions or substantial changes outside the approved scope may incur extra fees.
Prices are based on local service delivery in Calgary, Alberta. For events outside Calgary, travel, accommodation, meals, and related expenses are quoted separately where applicable.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are additional where legally required.
Advertising budgets, software subscriptions, domains, hosting upgrades, premium integrations, and other third-party expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Livestreaming, multiple camera operators, advanced video production, event staffing, and other specialized requirements are available subject to a separate quote and confirmed availability.
All published rates are starting prices or defined package prices. Final quotes depend on the confirmed scope, location, scheduling, equipment, staffing, and deliverables.
